I'm calling it my 'Journey to becoming a functioning adult'. Spending a lot of time learning how to eat and exercise better after an unfortunate torn meniscus. Have been working on it since mid 2022 and have noticed many energy, memory, stress level improvements. Some highlights include

  • Became a certified fitness coach (March 2023)
  • Watching Jeff Cavalier videos and finding out every exercise I do is in 'the graveyard'
  • Huberman lab podcast on what alcohol does to your brain, body, and health
  • Incorporated a stretching routine (legs, shoulder, and spine)
  • Keto
  • Therapy

Sports

I am a sucker for a good sport. My mix of athleticism and lack of focus makes me jack of all trades, master of none. They include

  • Basketball (first love)
  • Climbing
  • Surfing
  • Yoga
  • All the racket sports (racketball, padel, pickleball, tennis, squash)
  • Running (ran first half in 2021)
